JAM SANDWICHED BUTTER COOKIES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE & SPRINKLES!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 YOLKS
  • 1 ¾ C. CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR
  • ½ TSP VANILLA BEAN PASTE IF YOU HAVE IT OPTIONAL!
  • 4 STICKS SOFTENED BUTTER:
  • 4 ½ C. FLOUR
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • jam
  • sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350.
  • Beat yolks, sugar, vanilla and butter.
  • Then add flour.
  • HAND PIPE THE DOUGH IN A PASTRY BAG WITH LARGE STAR TIP.
  • BAKE ON PARCHMENT LINED COOKIE SHEETS ABOUT 10 MINS. COOL AND SANDWICH WITH STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY JAM.
  • THEN, DIP IN MELTED CHOCOLATE AND SPRINKLES!

    Made this recipe last year and could not pipe dough through pastry bag (too thick) any suggestions on what to add to make the cookie batter a little softer to go thru pastry bag. Help Love this recipe
