Super Simple.
1. Bake a box mix or homemade cupcakes.
2. Tint vanilla icing blue-I made 2 different blue shades to swirl.
3. Frost cupcakes and sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs for sand.
4. insert umbrellas in the sand.
5. Push teddy grahams through gummi savers and lay on the “water.”
6. Add goldfish!
